I am a Certified Life Coach, Masters level Social Worker, and trained Postpartum Doula. I created a virtual space for those seeking mental health support from a holistic approach. With over 12 years of experience in health and human services, mental health, reproductive health, and coaching I travel the world teaching and healing in the name of love.
